The idyllic winter hiking route through the snowy winter forests of the Vogtland starts either at the "Old Coffee House" Beerheide or at the "Forest Sports Ground" Beerheide. If you start at the "Old Coffee House," walk towards Waldpark Grünheide to the trail crossing at seven ways, passing Vogtland lake, the six-way crossing towards the Forest Sports Ground Beerheide. Along the way, you will find resting options or you can have a picnic at one of the shelters. Even the little hikers get their money’s worth, as numerous information boards along the trail invite learning and amazement.
