After your booking you will receive a confirmation and a rental contract.

In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged, which are calculated from the total amount as follows:

up to the 4th week before departure: 20 %

from the 4th week before the start of the trip: 40%.

from the 2nd week before departure: 50%.

from the last week before departure: 60 %.

from one day before departure: 85

without cancellation/no-show: 100

If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price.a cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Arrival by vehicle:
