Payment is made on site in cash.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 70 % of the total price.

Arrival 14-17 o'clock and after tel. arrangement.

Departure 9.30-10 a.m., late departure if possible for a fee of 20 €.

The keys will be handed over personally on site.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement for a fee of 5 € per day/animal

The visitor's tax of 2.10 € per person and night, children 6-16 and discounts 1.05 € is calculated separately on site.

1 parking place per apartment at the house included, additional parking place after advance notification 8.00 EUR per day.

Towels / change of linen 10 EUR per person, please bring your own towels.

Breakfast in the pension opposite is possible on reservation.

The final price includes final cleaning, WLAN, 1 parking space, bed linen and dishtowels.

Coming from the lower entrance of Oberwiesenthal- B95 from direction Annaberg / Chemnitz / Stollberg- coming you drive along the main road through the city center and over the market place straight ahead. Before the next right-hand bend you will reach your holiday domicile on the left, before the junction of Alte Poststr. The entrance to the parking lot is located between two stone pillars.

From the upper entrance of Oberwiesenthal- B95 from direction Aue / Schwarzenberg- you reach your destination on the right side after passing the hairpin bend immediately after the second right exit into the Alte Poststr. The entrance to the parking lot is located between two stone pillars.
