Notes on accessibility / deviations from the pictograms:

• Rafting offers for people with disabilities by prior arrangement by phone possible.
  
  
• Cash desk, information and panoramic terrace with restaurant "KANU Whitewater Terrace" is accessible for wheelchairs. From the terrace the guest has a good view of the whitewater facility.
  
  
• Toilet for wheelchair users (with EURO key): Door 85 cm, 160x150 cm in front, 80 cm to the left or 98 cm to the right of the toilet, 46 cm toilet height.
• The EURO-key available in the restaurant and at the cash desk.
  
  
• Explanations and safety instructions for people with hearing impairment available in (German) sign language.
