Cancellation policy:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will be fully refunded.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded at 90%.

Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will be refunded 50%.

Terms of payment:

30 days after booking the stay, the full amount must be transferred.

Short-term bookings are paid in cash on arrival.

Arrival/departure times: Arrival: 3 pm - 9 pm, Departure: until 10 am /

Key handover: in person on site, please call in advance /

Pets are not allowed /

Non-smoking apartment /

Guest tax: €1.50 per person per night /

A parking space can be booked for 5€/day.

On the day of arrival, please let us know your approximate arrival time by telephone.

You will see a large yellow corner house at the beginning of Gerbergasse. The entrance is right on the corner.
